 My dog, is Cuddles and she is a real sweet tempered dog. Dashhounds are a good breed and protective too. But I'm sorry to say that because I have a soft heart, I now have a over weight 8 Year old, whose belly is almost touching the floor. She is now on a special diet and its so hard not to feed that begging that she does. My suggestion to all who get this breed, start out with a strict diet to keep them healthy and active. Cuddles is happy but does give out soon on a walk down the block. Infact thinking of getting a guide along for her tummy. Working on how to do this, neighbor says he can figure something for her. Will let you know how this works, although I would want to help her lose some weight.  |

Hi wiskers, the picture you describe is what I saw in the park this weekend
was a dog with it looked like a skate board under her tummy. It was a site to see. Actually it was neat idea that they had done. It was padded
and provided a way for her little legs to walk it and it worked. Wanted to ask them where they got the little padded skate along. But they were gone to quickly. Have you located any thing for your dog yet? Let us know when you do, okay. |

Boy the things that we do for our pets.  but really think you are
great to think of your little dog. My german shepheard is too tall
for her tummy to drag, but I think I would do the same if I had too.
