How many of you take your dogs to groomers?

I was just curious if you all take you dogs to the the beauty
shoppe or should I say to the Doggie Groomers. I usually cut my
little Missy J about every 4 months at the groomers and then in between
times I trim her and bath her. But I just wonder if a owner should take
them more often for general purposes like toe nail cutting and detail
cutting. Sure would like to have feed back from any who would like to post here. Wink

I love to give Maxi a day with the groomer, and usually its once a year.
The rest of the time, its a bath in the bathtub, and maxi does love to
scrubbed and washed. Never have to chase just call and there comes
maxi ready for the fun to start, although I do get a good shake of water
when finished. And have to scrub down the tub, and my wife loves.
What a way to get the husband to do bathroom housecleaning? Embarassed

Reddog has to put up with me as the groomer. And that is okay as I think it would be hard for reddog to have to go some where
like a grooming salon. Since reddog has a hard time with the VET office
I think reddog would just roll over and play real dead at a groomers
