Have to laugh out loud when I think of my neighbors
have a cat and a dog that they had "freeze dried" at least I think that
is what they were. As were sitting at their house I asked them why they
didn't get some more pets, and they stated there pets were still with them
and that they would not have any others. quote,"and they don't cost
us any thing". So old dogs and cats live on in their house, of course in
another condition and they do collect dust. |

This post reminds me of the time that I saw this little dog while visiting for our church. The elederly couple were in their 80's and their little dog looked so like a skelton. I thought that they were not caring for the dog, but when they told me that it was a very old dog, I nearly fell over. They showed me the papers for when they got the dog. It was very
old in dog years. They took good care of the dawg with all the paper work to the vet. The old couple said that it would outlive them. But the way the
dog looked at their owners, you know the love that was there. It had a little bed by the heater and made of soft material. God made sweet little dogs for all of us to love and be have in out lives. And after death their owners may want to keep them with them and this post reminds me of the
way some people really want to see them after death. On the mantle of the fireplace or by the fireplace. |
