DOGS..Largest/smallest/shortest/tallest.?????

Did you know there is only a single gene between the following dogs.

Largest Dog weighs: 284lbs Zorba English Mastiff
Smallest Dog weighs 27oz Danka Chihuahua
Shortest Dog weighs 29oz Brandy 6inches long
Tallest Dog Standing on all 4 is 7ft tall Gibson Great Dane

Yes the difference one single genetic variant of the GF1 gene, a
variant which the small dogs posses and the large dogs lack.

Well, sorry for the quick. short notes but thought that it is unusual
that things are the way they are....HA

Emmalou, You do a good job. I read the post. Feel a little
stupid but seems a bit small, one little gene is the difference. Have
to laugh, my Cuddles is so small she is on the small end of the little
gene. Ha.. See you guys.

Yeah well Cuddles but I do think that the way I read
it from the posts Ginger is smaller than you. I just wonder which of
the larger dogs are the biggest, I bet is must be either Reddog or
Blackwell. Be glad when you guys get the pitures up. I can't wait to
see these pictures.

Well one gene huh? one thing I will say is that
reddog might be the biggest right now maybe, but one thing I do
know reddog is the BIGGEST LAZY ! and the LOUDEST! fog HORNS
IN THE NIGHT that is reddog. Glad I live out in the country or my
neighbors would have a fit. Some of them do anyway, because I
fuss so much about the snoring, but then I love that dog to death... Wink
