Let the sleeping dogs lie. What does that mean??
I read in a dog forum that it means one thing and then another says it
means something else. What I would say is, where does that dog
lie, on your bed, on your best couch, or on that special oriental rug!
What does this quote mean? Will the dog bite if disturbed or what?
Please let us hear from all of you guys out there. Maybe texbean you
can tell us. Since reddog is always sleeping. |

Reddog says that quote "let sleeping dogs lie" well when I'm
asleep just let me be, cause everyone thinks I'm a rug anyway and
they always move for me, HAW, they have never stepped on me"
And Texbean says," you bet, now that I know you are getting your
beauty sleep, maybe you will get better looking every day. HAW" |

Let Saddie lie.......yes!!! She does not like to be bothered when she is
napping in my bed, on my pillow, lying on my pj's. Yes thats
my baby. Cute as can be. She does get a bit huffy if you
try to move her over to get in the bed at night. Yeah, she sleeps
on my bed at night. Haven't been able to get to sleep any where
else, I guess thats because she slept with me all the time while
just a 2months old. I was so sick and she was my comfort and
joy at the time and really helped my getting better.
See ya Deb |

Sleeping dogs, there are lots of reasons to leave them alone but the
one that I have is this.............Blackwell will be on a bitting run when
surprised from sleeping on the porch. For some reason this dog hates
to be surprised even just the slightest, and will take after who ever it
is including me. But its getting better in the last year. Guess that some
one must have come by the house and blackwell must have had a
bad experience. Oh well, yes leave them alone. Blackwell is a wonderful
watch dog, heaven help anyone who steps near the front door late at
night, most of the time Blackwell sleeps inside when we go to bed. |
