I've been reading in some good books and came across the following organizations that love animals.
ASPCA, The American Society for the Provention of Cruelty
to Animals. It aims to prevent cruelty and alleviate the
pain, fear and suffering of animals. They have national
programs that include: animal poison control center,
humane education, companion animal services, and
the national shelter ourtreach progrom.

The Doris Day Animal League
It is a non-profit, national citizen's lobbying organization
that focuses on issues involving the care and human
treatment of animals. The League provides summaries
of animal protection issues and encourages its members
to contact their elected officials.

My mother loves Doris Day for the work she has always done for
the help of dogs. There are great people who care enough to do some
thing wonderful for the cause. And She is one that has my vote and
my mothers, vote. And of course my BJ, my dog agrees 100%. |

Emmalou, I'm a big fan of this league. I think that it takes responsible
people to try to get laws in order to protect the pets in our country.
And it takes lots of people who are willing to volunteer their time to
go to their senators and people who can help. I vote for for these
who have worked so hard for the animals needs. |
